We take great care to package your order so it will arrive fresh.  Chocolate orders are shipped in reusable insulated coolers with gel packs when weather requires.

• We use the most cost effective shipping available for your area and weather conditions.   Please use this chart as a guide only, as in most cases your actual shipping charges will be less than the chart indicates.

• Most orders received by noon E.S.T. are shipped next day. Since all of our products are handmade, if your selection is not in stock, it may take an extra day or two to complete your order.

• Orders received Thursday through Saturday will be held for shipment the following Monday (for quality purposes), unless Next Day shipping is requested or your location allows arrival by Saturday.

• In order to not incur extra shipping costs, please order at least two weeks prior to any major holiday.
