Truffles

Davidson Chocolate Co. truffles have a hand rolled soft ganache center. Using recipes that date to 1887, the ganache is made in small batches and individually dipped. The three day process culminates with decorating. Truffles lack preservatives and are made on demand to provide a consistently fresh product.

In store, truffles are priced by the pound and sold by the piece. Boxed collections are available online.
